Who is Peter Bence?
Well, on this Peter Bence Wikipeda and biography-style page, you’ll find out.
Peter Bence is a Hungarian pianist from the city of Hajdúböszörmény in the north-east of Hungary. He has become known for his virtuosic piano arrangements and performances that he shares on YouTube since 2014. Bence plays music from a wide variety of genres, ranging from modern pop songs all the way back to classical music.
Therefore, many music lovers – regardless of their musical preferences – will be able to go through his performances and find some songs that they enjoy listening to.
What is remarkable is that Bence started playing the piano already at age 2 (!), and enrolled in his first classes at age 4. Unsurprisingly, he was considered a prodigy at a young age, and even though he at the time was still in elementary school, he was welcomed into the Franz Liszt University of Music in the city of Debrecen in his home country, Hungary.
Later on, Bence attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston for his further studies (film scoring and piano major).
Bence started composing pieces at age 7 (!), and was only 11 years old, when he published his first piano album!
Peter Bence’s Guinness World Record
Bence was not just playing the piano incredibly beautifully, but also incredibly fast!
He made history back in January 2012, when he set the Guinness World Record “most piano key hits in one minute”. He managed to squeeze the crazy number of 765 key hits into a single minute – absolutely amazing!
However, the Portuguese-American pianist Domingos-Antonio Gomes (stage name: Antonio Domingos) broke the record, as he managed to perform 824 (!) key hits in a single minute!
